First, we helped draw up the internal communications strategy (blog, monthly bulletin, forum). Then, to ensure this Knowledge Management initiative is successful, we “transform” its employees’ expertise into concise, interesting communication tools – text, podcast and video. Internal meetings and round tables are also recorded (audio and photos), and transformed into illustrated podcasts by POD Media.

Drive online financing applications for the BusinessFlex Center.

Solution
Turnkey production of a Promotional Presentation describing the services offered and incorporating a commented, user-friendly online financing application form. This Web presentation is posted on the Home page of the Bank's website. To foster the use of this innovative financial sector tool, National Bank conducted a Web and print advertising campaign. The link to the interactive Web presentation is also regularly incorporated into all the department’s outgoing emails and the Bank's e-news bulletin.

Benefits
Clients prefer the bank's Web Presentation to its html financing application... so much so, that the bank withdrew its html application form from its website.

Objective
Reach and offer portfolio management services to wealthy individuals.

Solution
Turnkey production of a POD Media Promotional Presentation describing the advantages of dealing with this team of portfolio managers. The Web presentation is narrated by the senior manager, thereby personalizing the message. It also includes a personal presentation by all the team members. Using POD Media’s emailing module, this Web presentation is sent to satisfied clients who are asked to pass it on to their acquaintances. Design Web tools to promote Prevue – a SaaS psychometric application to help improve the employee hiring process.

Solution
Development of a five-minute software demo combining a narrated scenario and an intervention by Talentuum’s President. The demo also incorporates client audio testimonials. Scenario, visuals, narration, compiling of testimonials and programming were all carried by the POD Media team. Talentuum also makes use of our Internet marketing services: media list and relations (via print media, portals, bloggers and associations in the human resources industry), etc.

Ogilvy Renault

Objective
Transmit any conflict of interest related information in a user-friendly and interesting format.

Solution
Ogilvy Renault and POD Media structured the information and developed the scenario. Visuals, narration and programming were then done by POD Media’s team. The E-Learning session, which brings all relevant hyperlinks together at a single site, is sent by email to some 430 lawyers and law firm agents and is posted on the Intranet as reference. The lawyers and agents are requested to confirm their viewing at the end of any Web training session.

Mega Brands

Objective
Conduct an online survey to get children’s opinion about a specific toy.

Solution
Adjustment of questions and answers proposed by Mega Brands, graphic design and Web programming– all done within less than five days. In addition to the commented questions and answers, it included many noises and images. The online survey was simply placed on the company’s website, which receives 1.5 million single visitors a year. The answers and percentages were available online, and could thereby be consulted as needed by the company’s various employees.
